Diana has been practicing yoga since 2000. She attended the Shambhava School of Yoga in Rollinsville, Colorado for the Level I – 200 hour Hatha Yoga Certification in 2003, and completed their 500 hour Hatha Yoga Certification in September 2007. Diana has been a member of the Yoga Alliance since June 2003

Diana's approach to yoga is creating a sacred space where one is able to focus all attention on the body and breath, without distractions from the outside world. She brings compassion and understanding to her teachings and respects the time and space of her students. Diana's classes provide a space each student and their yoga practice to learn and grow. Diana believes that yoga can have a positive effect on everyone if they just try it and find the type of class and teacher that is for them.

Michelle Slawinski

Michelle Slawinski, R.Y.T

Miki has been practicing yoga since approximately 2003. She attended the Yoga Fitness Center Yoga School's first teacher training program, graduating with her Level I - 200 hour Hatha Certification in April 2008. She has been a member of the Yoga Alliance since her graduation. Her goal is to continue her yoga education, eventually attaining the 500 hour Hatha Yoga Certification.

Miki has also been a massage therapist since 2004. She feels that yoga adds a greater depth to her priorities of health and healing both for herself and her massage clients and yoga students. She feels that life is a journey of growth and learning and is happy to be able to contribute as she can in other people's journey as well as her own.

Sharon Gallentine

Sharon Gallentine, R.Y.T.

Sharon has been practicing yoga since 2004. She completed the 200 Hour Hatha Yoga Certification at Yoga Fitness Center Yoga School in April 2008. Sharon is a member of the Yoga Alliance.

Through a regular practice, Sharon has personally experienced the positive effects of yoga in her life. Yoga has helped Sharon to lose weight and gain confidence in her abilities. Yoga eliminated the need for high blood pressure and anti-depressant medicines. Sharon also has scoliosis. Yoga has helped her maintain a balanced body.
